Activities at the ARI

The Astrophysics Research Institute at Liverpool John Moores University is one of the fastest growing and most highly regarded such centres in the UK.

Most recently, through the Liverpool Telescope Project, and our associated company Telescope Technologies Ltd, we are rapidly developing a high-level capability in astronomical technology.

Alongside our research work, we run innovative degree and distance learning courses, and have a very active programme of science and technology education in regional schools.
