Scaling chart for PAR scoring

Entering squash match scores.

Leaguemaster had invoked an algorithmic check on the type of scoring entered for match results. This means that if there is a captain's agreement for a different scoring limit (e.g. PAR15 or PAR11), you cannot enter the results unless they are altered. Here I provide a chart for scaling that keeps the ratios approximately the same while having a continuity as well.
