After working in Japan, Israel and the USA,
I joined Liverpool JMU in the UK. My current research interests are
primarily in the areas of relativistic astrophysics, espeicially
gamma-ray bursts, compact stellar mergers, massive black holes and
relativistic hydrodynamics. I actively contribute theoretical and
real-time observational activities within the Liverpool GRB team.
