My research in theoretical and computational astrophysics focuses on the hydrodynamics
and radiation processes of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) and the astrophysics of
stellar/massive black holes including hyper-velocity stars, tidal flares,
compact stellar mergers and gravitational wave astronomy. I am leading theoretical
activities in the Liverpool GRB group.
